Jimmie Allen will return to NBC's Today show this Friday (August 14th) to perform two songs from his collaboration EP Bettie James as part of the 2020 Citi Music Series. His performance of “Why Things Happen” will air during the 8 a.m. hour and “Freedom Was A Highway” in the 10 a.m. hour. Bettie James was released last month and features special guests including Brad Paisley, Darius Rucker, Nelly, Rita Wilson & Tim McGraw.
Clay Walker joined the roster of Toby Keith's Show Dog Records and will release a new single called "Need A Bar Sometimes" on Friday (August 14th). The song was produced by Jason Aldean's longtime producer, Michael Knox. Clay is currently working on his 12th studio album.
