Luke Bryan will reunite with Katy Perry and Lionel Richie for the fourth season of American Idol on ABC. The contracts have been signed and the three, along with show host Ryan Seacrest, are ready to move into the new season despite the current pandemic.
While virtual auditions are underway, Luke tells us he thinks he, Katy and Lionel will all be together at the same table in 2021. ["Currently, I don't think it'll be in video land. I think there's a way that we can integrate video and actually be there. Let's just say the judges table . . . We'll probably be six feet apart at the judges table (laughs)."] SOUNDCUE (:18 OC: . . . the judges table (laughs).)
