Morgan Wallen shattered Country streaming records at both Apple Music and Spotify with his latest song, “7 Summers,” which was released last Friday (August 14th). According to a release, the tune set the new Apple Music first day record for a Country song with the most streams ever — 4.6 million — and debuted at Number Three on the Global Top 100 chart and at Number One on the Country Songs charts in both the U.S. and Canada. "7 Summers" only trails Drake (feat. Lil Durk)’s “Laugh Now Cry Later” and Cardi B (feat. Megan Thee Stallion)’s viral “WAP.”
At Spotify, "7 Summers" now holds the biggest all-time first day record for a Country track by a solo artist, reaching Number Three on the U.S. all-genre Top 200 chart upon release.
