Travis Denning claims the Number One spot on both the Country Aircheck and Billboard country charts this week with “After a Few.” This marks his first Number One hit. Travis co-wrote the tune, which tells the story of an old flame coming back into his life with the help of a few drinks.
He tells us: [“I think this song really is just about that story that a lot of people can relate to – being attracted to someone that probably logically in your head is not real, but something in your heart keeps taking you back. Travis celebrated with some friends on Saturday (June 6th) night. He shared a picture of the occasion yesterday (Sunday, June 7th) on social media writing, "Celebrated last night with the hometown boys. After A Few is the #1 song on country radio. So damn grateful. Love y’all."
