SITUATION
A line of storms should further intensify and pose a damaging wind and occasional hail risk this afternoon as they progress east-southeastward across Mississippi within an unstable environment. The severe thunderstorm watch area is approximately along and 65 statute miles north and south of a line from 50 miles southwest of Greenville MS to 35 miles north northeast of Meridian MS.
